If this is set to false does it prevent you gaining blueprints from other players ?

Preventing Both Giving & Receiving of Bluperints...

Toggling the sharing of blueprints only disables you sharing blueprints to other players.

Would it be possible to 'add' a feature to prevent gaining them if someone is sharing ?

Yes I can implement this feature in a future update
