Is it possible to share my learn skills from the workbench to my friends in my team?

I try the share command, but it says that I have no blueprints to share.

The plugin should automatically share blueprints learnt through the tech tree with team members. The share command should also work as blueprints are added to the database when you learn them from the tech tree so you should be able to share them as long as your team mate does not already know them.

Well I confirm it is not the case already unlocked blueprints.

They can only got new one so they need to unlock all of previous one which cost a lot.

Anyway to fix this?
