Hi, Just loaded the plugin and gave us all permissions.
It doesn't seem to share bps that we each know, but if i learn a new bp then my teammate will also learn it. 

So you are expecting the plugin when loaded to share already learnt blueprints before the plugin was installed? If so that is not a feature and not exactly possible as far as I am aware.
