This may be how the plugin already works, but I wasn't sure.  Is blueprint sharing off or on by default?  If I don't grant the default group permissions, can they still share blueprints?  It's there anyway to change it to only offer it as a VIP feature?  If this is already the case, please let me know.

Blueprints are automatically shared as the plugin was designed so users can individual toggle if they wanted to share. I can add a permission which a user must have in order to share in the first place.

Things like a cooldown and max number of BPs you can share would also be amazing premium features.  I'd donate to see permission access, cooldowns, and max share added.

I will look into adding those features in the future when I have some time.
