I am attempting to share blueprints with a teammate, he has just joined, but when I attempt to share blueprints using /bs share X it returns the error "You don't have any new blueprints to share with X"
However, I do have blueprints that they have not unlocked.
They tried sharing some blueprints with me, and were successfully able to share some blueprints I did not have.

I am unsure as to where any logs are written specific to BS Share, as I don't see anything in the console log

Troubleshooting taken:
Leaving/rejoining/re-creating team
Promoting other person to leader
Restarting Rust on both users
Verified permissions are correct

I believe the issue is that blueprints don't get stored on a players database sometimes because it can't find the user. I have written a potentional fix for this issue but not had the time to test it yet before I publish it.  I will try test it soon to hopefully get it out.
