I dont really know if i have to wipe the data from Blueprint Share or just the bp in general

If you are wiping your server then I would recommend deleting the data file for BlueprintShare as it stores any blueprints learnt. So if a player after the wipe used the manual share command then they could share a bunch of blueprints to others without having actually obtained them.
