People are exploiting any blue print blocks due to the QOL update that allows people to unlock a chain of items if they have the scrap.

I found this out by a honest user that exploited a blocked blueprint of an item.  He explained that he just selected below the blocked item and the new QOL unlocked it for him.  

I've move to my own plugin that blocks the blue from unlocking even if the player selects an item in it's chain.
