Will this allow me to unlock blueprints on for myself (admin).  I run a server. 

/bpunlockall – CMDUnlockAll
     Usage: /bpunlockall {playername or player steamid}

/bpunlock – CMDUnlock
    Usage: /bpunlock {playername or player steamid} {blueprint name} {blueprint name}

you need the  .admin permission of course.
