Getting this in server. Players lost all progress on work bench tech. Anyone experiencing this or before?

It looks like your blueprint.db file is corrupt. If you have a back up you can use that otherwise you are best off deleting it and starting fresh. 

Where is this located? I would appreciate further help. Thank you!

I thought it would be in a JSON file in the Data folder, but nothing is there.
