can I get the right to edit this Plugin. I already fixed this Plugin for my Server. 

There are nothing to fix, unless you found an issue and never let me know about it?

11 months last update. The Plugin doesn't grant BlueprintRights at all.

The server lags if someone joins it and gets all blueprints. Did you not see them here in this forum?

All of that messages is unapproved mostly, or users forgot to give permisison, etc.

When you say its "lagging", it just can't cause any lags, you can check the code
