It would have been so useful to remove sertain blueprints from players.

When not doing a full BP wipe, it would have been nice to still remove level 3 or level 2+3 BP's so that people can keep all the easy electrical and basic item BP's, but still have to do some work to get the level 3 or 2+3 BP's.
