Is there a reason why Road Sign Horse Armor and High Quality Horse Shoe is locked for my players when I already enabled blueprintmanager.all.

Are you sure that its craftable? (can be researched and crafted)
It is craftable and researched.

Weird, I've given a player permission for blueprint.all and they still can't craft it. :(

This is what my player sees, even for those I've given permission for unlock all blueprints. I've check black list, there is nothing shown there bout Road Sign Horse Armor. :(

Looks as you have plugins that blocking researching or something

Just a side note, I as admin is able to craft Road Sign horse Armor but not for players which I've granted Blueprint.all.
