Hello

i changed the loot for barrels to drop 5 scrap instead of default value 2.
it appears that some random barrels aren't affected by this.

All barels in radtowns and clusters close to road follow my betterloot 'config'.
random barrels across the map are not affected by betterloot.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
