Hi. Is it possible to add items created using CustomItemDefinitions to loot?

Was wondering the same with Custom Item Manager. Would be awesome if this could happen somehow.  For now, I just add the item manually to the loot table, and it spawns in, but as soon as you update your config, it reverts.
