please update plugin and add the new items to tables

Mostly the dlc items

Well i removed backpacks from the "Names list" as i dont want players picking them up, But the dragon launcher is in the names list and it is up to you what containers you want to place them in the "loot table" ,

Is there a way you can control the Metal Detector Loot?
