How come the barrels at monuments dont get affected by the BetterLoot? and crates at monuments dont spawn.

You have to adjust the loot settings in CONFIG betterloot,json config file and in the Betterloot loottables json config file in the DATA folder, You have to adjust the data folder when the server is off or it resets to default,
