No matter what I try, loot containers are not spawning at oxum's gas station. Particularly the crates that are in the hole in the garage and vehicle parts bins. I'm certain there are others that are not spawning either. I have default config files and loot tables. I have to manually send this commands to get these items to spawn every time the server restarts. Am I missing something?

and it works when you unload this plugin? I don't see why it would only be oxums... and how long are you actually waiting? is there a player in the area?

Just checked both Oxum gas stations and loot is spawning in large crates, green chests,red tool chests, Blue trays and any barrels that are in and around both gas stations,
might be an error in your config
