Anyone else having issues where food and or ammo that is spawning is not usable?

Nothing happens when you click on eat for food and weapons will not load any ammo received from crates.

This makes the plugin kinda not usable.

The plugin doesnt modify any attributes or anything to do with those items.
It simply populates loot containers.
I'm assuming it's an issue with a separate plugin you have.
