Anyone having issues with elite crates spawning empty since the last update? My config has not changed in months but the recently elite crates have started spawning with no loot.

Weird - I reloaded the plugin and loot populated in the crates. It may be that they aren't refreshing? Again though, no config changes have been made in months
I reported this in another thread. Same thing on my server. If I reload the loot file, it's temporarily fixed, but when the respawn again, they are empty.
I don't think it's an issue with them spawning in empty -- i just updated better loot on our server and we're having an issue with elite crates as well (oil rig, launch site, etc..). Once they are fully looted, they do not despawn, which means they never get respawned with loot. If i unload BetterLoot, i'm able to fully loot and despawn the elite crates.
I believe there is some sort of bug in the plugin that is maybe related to some new updates but I haven' figured it out yet.

I don't know if this will help Default (the developer) but if the elite crate doesn't have all 12 slots filled, it will despawn when fully looted. If it does have 12 slots filled (as it does most of the time) the above behavior is witnessed.

I fixed the issue for anyone who is still experiencing it: our max items in the config for elite crates was set to 15 -- it's been like this for a long time -- something about the new update i think made it where this crate had more than 12 items in it but it wasn't showing them in the UI.
Set it to 12 or less and the crates will despawn normally.

I take it back this did not resolve the issue, very occasionally one will still not disappear and over time all of them will be stuck.

It also is not working for me. I had to upload BetterLoot.cs again this morning, as I had empty crates spawned on top of Dome. I know that someone will be contacting me later today to report the issue again.
