Does Better Loot now not offer a faster refresh rate for the loot? Or is there another way to make the loot respawn faster?

What is the refresh rate or how do you get the loot to refresh right now I'm using TimedExecute to refresh my loot every ten minutes and I get a big lag hit when it reloads.

If there is a refresh rate is there a way to put it in the config file so we can adjust how often we want it to refresh ?

There used to be an option for it, but since its been updated - I no longer see the option.
