after i upload the new loot table config file from https://blmc.artemdanilkin.ru/ and reload better loot my loot table config will reset
ive tried to unloadd the plugin and upload the table but this did nothing and ive stopped the server uploaded the loot table and same results
is this a issue with the plugin or do i need to be looking at something else

That would generally mean the configuration was not edited right then. The third-party site may not be producing an up-to-date configuration.
