I would like there to be a title of [VIP] for the player that pays for a package for 30 days, is there a way to make that work with Better Chat?

Create the group in Oxide, setup that group in Better Chat, then add them to a group via Oxide command using whatever Gpay offers to handle that, done.

okay I have set up the group already in both Better chat and oxide but I would like them to join together so when someone joins the oxide group the better chat title will be linked to it

Better Chat uses Oxide for the groups, so they'd be the same thing. If you have a group set up it Better Chat, that is an Oxide group.
