So I want my players to join with the tag [Visitor] then after say 5 hours of total playtime, move to [Regular] anyway this could be added?

I use "PlayerRankings" (2.0.8) by Ankawi and have created 12 ranks with times from 1 hour to 3000 hours and also added available kits linked to those ranks, You have to create groups to match those ranks and you will also need to install
ConnectionDB plugin to record the times for Player Rankings,

I would suggest Playtime Tracker

They both do the same job and both are compatible with the plugin
