Thank you to MJSU I was able to get a hot patch from him that he made. The titles are not syncing in servers. He made this .cs file I will link below to a google drive you can download and use. This patch works and your titles will start sycing in your servers again.

I don't use emojis for roles. I didn't know you could. How can you set an emoji as a role?

Pushed a fix for the titles not always showing up, and Facepunch released a client update today that will fix the emoji not showing properly!
