Only noticed as it's throwing off a bot I use to grab chat from rcon.  99% of messages work just fine, but occasionally this happens...

As it is through the console i would not worry about it as only the admin (you)  would be able to see it.

Sure but it's messing up the bot I use to grab the chat from rcon. And presumably if some chat somehow bypasses better chat, that's a bit of a bug. Could affect other things through BC as well (clans etc)
