This is due to the fact that the player is in a team chat where there is no one to write something by mistake. 

Tell me pls how to solve the problem, someone fixed it?

I am getting the same error, but the trouble is when the error happens my server crashes. I had to disable betterchat until the issue is fixed.

Plugin was updated to V5.2.8  a little while ago.

I have had this problem a few times, It is deciding that a player is in a team, It even throws the players chat as a team chat in console..
