Hey there. I am trying to add the » into the data file, but in-game chat shows up as a question mark.
I remember I used to be able to add it but it doesnt seem to work anymore.
Any idea how to use the » again?

The Rust client doesn't support a lot of symbols anymore, so you'd likely need to use an alternative symbol that does work.
