I have looked around but can't really see any tutorial about how to do this ?
I just need my name to not look like I am an admin.
It's supposed to be easy ?? 

Just by installing Better Chat, the default configuration would already result in admins looking the same way in chat as players do.
While using Better Chat, admins would only look different in chat if configured that way.
