Can't figure out how to change the title [Player] that's default, to [Admin] for admins on my server... 

BetterChat integrates directly with groups

1. Ensure your admins are part of the admin group
2. Ensure that you have a betterchat title associated with the admin group.

I'm so dumb, I found the walkthrough, sorry for wasting your time, though I was confused on how to change the color of my username and the chat color also because I know it says it in the walkthrough, but when I type /chat group set admin namecolor red like it says it doesn't do anything...

I'm not familiar with the command usage of this plugin but you could always configure it manually in the config/data files and reload the plugin.
