I'm new to the rust server field and I spent the past half hour trying to add better chat plugin.
I've restarted the server several times and it just won't generate a config file for me in oxide/config.
Is this just me or am I doing something wrong and what can I do to fix this? 

Check your oxide/logs for errors and verify that you have Oxide installed by using the oxide.version command.

f1 console as admin and i tried the webrcon console as well

It sounds like you do not have Oxide installed then. Please make sure to install Oxide agter any updates, and don't run SteamCMD each start.

Ahh that explains. I think I clicked steamcmd on accident after installing oxide
