Hey so ive been a default rank, and then "owner" rank for myself, and i give myself the owner rank and i remove the default rank from myself, and if i rejoin the server the default rank is added back why is that ? 

That is from Oxide, all players are always in the default group; it doesn't have anything to do with this plugin. If you want to hide that prefix, there is info on this plugin's page for that.
