Creates a new parameter to join a group chat while in a zone (from Zone Manager) and leave a group chat when leaving a zone.

Group chats/chat rooms aren't really part Better Chat at the moment and likely won't be, if that's what you're looking for.
If you want to just add a title which shows which zone(s) a player is in, that could be done via a third plugin or having it implemented into zone manager.
