I have reloaded it loads of times it sill not load and removed all files and started over again but no joy can some one help please was ok before update

its not giving me no logs bud when i upload the cs file my console says nothing 

Doesn't sound like an issue with the plugin then, rather the server setup. Do you have any other plugins not loading?
