for some funny reason when ichat in game it always sends double messages, and i do not have other plugins that would counter chat, whats wrong there? :/

Double messsages in the chat would indicate that you have another plugin sending its own chat as well.

You only get chat messages twice if you have multiple incompatible chat plugins.
A popular cause for this is having No Green installed with Better Chat.

As for Clan im using Clans Reborn paid plugin

I started deleting all my plugins and i found that password.cs plugin is doing all this, thats so weird :/
