this error is starting to annoy me, i cant get the plugin to load or work this error is all i get:

and nothing happens

That error means the plugin was not uploaded to your server properly, and likely corrupted during that process. Some tools such as FileZilla will change the encoding of the file unless set as "binary" when uploading, which will prevent the plugin from loading.
