I tried unmutechat "playername", but it doesn't work.

I was able to clear offenses but I'm still muted.

Any help much appreciated.

Did you verify it was actually a mute from this plugin?

I saw myself in the BetterChatFilter data file. It didn't seem to unmute me after the default of 500 seconds.

Using unmute from Battlemetrics was my only way back, but first I had to disable betterchatmute before it would work. I came in contact with someone who had the same issue.

same on my servers just removed the plugin for now 

I also had a player tell me they were muted for days instead of the 10 mins that I have set in the config.
