There are other plugin that can access storage resources. I can't remeember any of them at the moment. But for example, one would consume fuel from the TC. Another would access boxes for crafting.

I don't know if there would be issues if players didn't have enough resources in their inventory and then having to access the TC. Maybe it would take multiple hits? One to use player inventory, and the second to access TC/storage if needed.
