Unable to repair external entity when in TC raidusFixed

Hi,

Realy good plugin but Impossible to repair high wall or Large Furnace (for exemple) when we are in tool cupboard radius and Base Repair enable.

It is not very clear or practical for players who do not know the plugin and who do not yet know the command "/br".

Can you do something that bypass and allow repairing all external stuff while keeping base repair enable and when we are in our tool cupboard radius.

The idea would be to make the plugin understand that if the targeted entity is not linked to building structures it must be repaired individually in a normal way.

Then, if it could also repair all the high walls/doors that touch each other, it would be perfect. :)
