I have the newest version, I had to restart my server for the permissions to work. and Now its not working again?

How exactly did you test them? Permissions wouldn't randomly stop working.
I had to restart my server last night after giving the group im in the permission "bank.use and "bank.big", It just says "You lack the permission to do that"

So, what else could it be ? Its only that plugin im having issues with.
I wouldnt have to use this plugin if another one i use was fixed already :)

You can't use the bank if you don't have the permission and if you lack building privilege
