/bank sometimes do not work and I would need to do an oxide.reload for it to work again.

Did you check your oxide/logs for errors?

Players would have to type or enter /bank command in chat several times, even 20 times at one reported case on my server.

I'm using Version 1.0.5

I have a similar problem, sometimes the /bank command does not open the storage, and it happens that after entering the command, it writes this too often. Although the Bank was not opened before the time limit.

Have you checked your oxide/logs for errors?
