Nice mod, Is it possible to set different size banks for different groups

example VIP1 = 8 Slots
             VIP2 = 16 slots
             VIP3 = 32 slots
Right now I have a town with safe rooms, but this would be a great replacement. Is it possible to wipe bank slots?
