Can't load the plugin.  Consistantly get the message "Don't have permissions to load."  Are there any dependancies on other plugins required to install backpacks?  Admin privledges on server, any suggestions?

Can't load or can't use the commands? The plugin loading has nothing to do with the permissions system. Where are you seeing the message?

I am seeing this message when trying to install the backpacks plugin.

Attempted to install again, added url to download site, got following message:

Installing/updating plugin: https://umod.org/plugins/Backpacks.cs...
There was a problem (excp-5122) installing the plugin.
Please contact support at [email protected]

I'd suggest contacting your host, the file here is fine.
