Just an FYI.. When RF pager is placed in the Backpack it is no longer configureable for Frequency or Silent mode. Dropping it and picking back up does not correct it.

yeah they bugged but they have been fixed for when the next patch (update drops)
No idea when though

Adding items to Blacklist and enabling Blacklist seems to protect againt the issue.

There likely is new data I have to save for items. I'll look into that once I get a chance.

rf pagers are broke in vanilla game
one min thye work and next they dont and then u cant change freq.
