Hi, is there a way of making the dropped backpack be sucked up by the hopper?
Hopper Compatibility
Do hoppers normally suck in dropped item containers? I'm trying to determine whether this "compatibility" issue is due to an issue with how Backpacks is creating the containers as opposed to simply something that Hoppers do not support. If sucking in dropped item containers is not supported by Hoppers today, it might be non-trivial to allow them to be sucked in, so it may be better implemented in some sort of Hopper enhancement plugin rather than in the Backpacks plugin.
Do you know of such a plugin?

also i have 1 player the has a pair of pants as his backback icon, but nobody else does lol
I reviewed the Rust code and see no ability to pull in dropped item containers, so indeed it will require some effort to add support.
There is a plugin on CodeFling called BetterHopperPlus. You could ask the author to support pulling in dropped containers. You could also look at more generailzed industrial plugins since hoppers tend to be a component of industrial systems.
The icon issue is due to something on that player's computer. Somehow a skin of pants is saved on their computer under the steam workshop ID of the backpack skin. Not sure how this happens, but they can clear out some files to reset it.
