Hi, is there any way we could get a config setting that would enable us to allow hoppers to pick up the backpack's contents when on the floor?

Are you referring to specifically the backpacks dropped by this plugin, or backpacks in general? Adding this capability to this plugin might be confusing, meaning server owners might have trouble tracking down what is causing it after enabling it and forgetting. This capability would probably be best added to some type of industrial enhancement plugin or hopper enhancement plugin.
