I was wondering if the ability to limit an item by number existed in this plugin like... I dont want to limit them storing rockets in the backpack, i just want to limit the amount to like... 10.. ya know?

This plugin doesn't offer that capability. It's been suggested from time to time, but I've generally been against it as there can be significant complexity and performance implications to handle all of the edge cases.
