Please use the latest version of the plugin, and read the plugin release notes for the past few versions.

I no longer offer direct hosting links for the images since there is no host whose terms of use permit free hosting of images that are downloaded hundreds of thousands of times per day (which is what happens when all servers use the links I provide). Any links I provide are ultimately a ticking time bomb, waiting to be taken down by the image host when they realize it costs them too much money. If you want to self host (for your servers only), you can download the images from the plugin's GitHub repo, as stated in the plugin release notes for a few versions ago.
