Got your message in my inbox.. so.. here the issues, as we were discussing, I've unloaded.. brokenitem cleaner, i've updated brokenitem cleaner, i've deleted json for the BIC, I've also reloaded reinstalled backpack and also deleted the backpack json and I'm still having this issues as I type.
the issues is, if you've a deployable lets say blueprint in the backpack say slot 6 and you leave it there for a bit and go I'm gonna start building, I pulled the blueprint out of my backpack only to be not showing up in my hand unable to use.. so figure well lets try a Hammer, so I put a hammer in slot 6 of my BP.. and went to retrieve it later.. i can see it in my tool bar but i try to put it in my hand and it does not show. .. another example. lets say i've a m249 I can see it has two attachment to the gun flash light and scope.. and plus the ammo.. and i've it in backpack slot number 7 i pull it out into my tool bar and I'm unable to put the gun in my hand let alone unload it, But I can throw it on the ground others can see it but even if they pick it up and try to use it, its fails to work. I'm at a lost on this one Your help greatly appreciated.
BackPacks items Not deployingNot An Issue
If the issue is indeed caused by Broken Items Cleaner, then once you unload that plugin, then reload Backpacks, the items in Backpacks should work fine indefinitely. If you reintroduce Broken Items Cleaner, I would expect it to start breaking items again (funny considering its name).
I should mention, I don't think Broken Items Cleaner can cause this issue for the current version of Backpacks, since Backpacks was redesigned over a year ago to use real storage entities (storing items without real storage entities caused BIC to think the items were leaked which is why it would delete the held entities), so you may have something else causing this.
Try reproducing this issue on a test server with fewer plugins. Try the binary search technique where you load half of your plugins at a time, then keep reducing the set of plugins by half each test (exponentially faster than doing one at a time).
still having the same issue without broken item cleaner loaded.. here is a screen shot of the error and when i tried to do this I get booted for unresponsive. .

As I said, try with fewer plugins. At this point, no idea which one it is.
so, I'm coming to conclusion it has to be the backpack.. brokenitemcleaner was removed from the server, unloaded.... I reloaded BackPack plugin, i goto my backpack and attempt to retrive my gun i can put it in my toolbar.. but... I'm unable to load it.. and i get a onscreen error message that says.. 
THen I get a message in the console prior to getting booted with nonresponsive.
NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
so, anything that was in the backpack is corrupt... any deployable... so this leads me to think there a slight issue within the backpacks.. Your help would be greatly appreicated.
After reloading Backpacks, opening your backpack creates the items from scratch, using vanilla Rust functions that are used by the game and by many plugins. Hundreds of servers run this plugin, and nobody has reported such an issue. Please try booting your server with only 1 plugin, Backpacks, and see if it still happens.
I've heard other people having this issues... I've no issues with deployable in my inventory.. its only when it touches your backpack.. then it becomes corrupt.. even after unlloading brokenitemtool..
I can't reproduce this issue on my server, so it's probably caused by something specific to your setup. To debug issues with your setup, you have to remove variables to rule them out. For example, start by having no other plugins. If you the plugin works fine in that case, then start introducing other plugins to see which combinations cause this issue.
Since I can't reproduce the issue, all I can do is speculate as to what could cause this. I have no ideas at this time because this simply should not happen. If you want me to spend my time thinking harder about what might cause this, or to write a plugin for you that helps you debug the issue, you'll need to convince me that this is an issue with the plugin, by ruling out more variables on your side, and/or convincing other server owners who are experiencing this problem to comment here. As it stands, I have seen no other threads or DMs about this, and have seen no such messages in any of the Discord servers I watch, so I have no reason to believe that this is anything other than an issue with your specific server(s). The only times historically (months ago, years ago) that I saw reports like this, it turned out to be caused by other plugins.

it has to be a weapon that is spawned in without any ammo in it for it to be a thing and put straight into a backpack.
for me players find guns with 0 ammo in alphaloot all over map in different containers ie hackcrates, woodboxs etc and then stote them in there backpack until they wanna use them in which they get the following errors.
