Retrieve mode

If you have the backpacks.retrieve permission, you may enable retrieve mode per backpack page, which allows you to perform actions such as crafting and building using the resources in those backpack pages. This requires the Item Retriever plugin to be installed (no permissions or configuration necessary in that plugin).

Did a search on here and cannot find the Item retrieve plugin.

It's still pending review on uMod. There's a direct link in the patch notes to GitHub where you can download it in the meantime.
