Is the backpack plugin broken?

No. Can you elaborate on what is not working? For example, if you have the GUI button enabled, what happens when you click it? When you use the command or button to open the backpack, does nothing happen, or does it open briefly then close? Do you see any errors in the server console when attempting to open the backpack? Have you verified that the plugin had loaded successfully with no errors? How many players are experiencing issues? When is the last time that the plugin was working as expected, and when did the issues begin?

Theres no backpack icon to click on
The plugin was working fine until i wiped this evening
None of the players have access to backpacks since the new wipe
According to the first logs you pasted, the plugin is not loaded. Do you see any errors when the plugin attempted to load? If you cannot find those logs, you can try loading it with o.reload Backpacks to see if the error reappears. If it does, please paste the entire error.
Its all good now, I left a { when i wiped backpack data.
